I would like to thank AX Design Bryan for being very patience and listen to my request budget and timeline.I had my kitchen renovation on 4/5 to 25/5 with my choice of color and spacious cabinet.im really happy with the team, workmanship was neat, contractors will clean and tidy up before they leave, with no mess I also like to mention Cedryche will drop by to check and overall see the plan excuted well that is very satisfying. AX Image team guided us through material selection based on our preferred colour scheme and family's comfort style to actualise what we envisioned for our home entrance, dining room and kitchen. Carpentry work is impeccable, building nicely finished feature walls, built-in display cabinets, storage cabinets, kitchen countertops and kitchen cabinets. Space planning could be improved and the only thing my family hope we could improve was to insist in having the floorplan/ technical drawings right from the beginning for clarity in translating visual thoughts into clear imagery. Generally we are satisfied with final outcome. We do enjoy lounging at the various cosy corners that have been newly created. Thanks to Micky and Cedryche for the months of hard work :)

We recently engaged Cedryche for the reno of our 3 room BTO and the results were absolutely stunning we had quite a tight budget for the reno but Cedryche knocked it out of the park not only by keeping it within budget but making the house feel like a home, ticking all of our boxes We wanted to keep the original HDB tiles to save costs and Cedryche designed the home, colour scheme and carpentry around the exsisting tiles. Honestly we did have our non negotiables going into this reno but with the amount of effort and expertise that he put into the project, we couldent be happier. During the planning phase, we were presented with the 3D of the house. Both my wife and I were lost for words. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Colour scheme, space management, storage. All of it was there. The only thing we changed was the colour of the bathroom vanity. The rest was perfect the way it is. Cedryche just understood what we wanted from the get go During the reno, he was constantly updating us about the ongoing works. Be it the electrical or plumbing to even the clearing of debris, updates were there. As per all reno’s there were hiccups but i really have to give props to Cedryche as he handled it such a professional manner. For example, in the case of the kitchen, we wanted to go with a closed concept and place a sliding glass door. But with the layout of the BTO, there would be a gap on the ceiling part of the glass door. The moment it was realised, Cedryche took photos and contacted me. What I value most is that he dident come to me with a problem, he came with solutions which I could choose from. I feel that’s what makes the difference and is the little things that made us trust him throughout the reno process. Now post reno, we do contact him time to time about some rectification needs but i would say it is quite minor such as wood chippings from carpentry to paint touch ups. Nothing uncommon or big in my opinion. From carpentry to electrical to plumbing, not only service but their workmanship is top notch. His opinions and views on designs are invaluable. Some of which we did not even think about in a day to day use situation. I honestly feel without his help. My home would not turn out the way it is now. I’m pretty sure i’m missing out a lot but all in all, the experience was definitely a smooth one Thank you so much Cedryche!!!

Overall, we had a positive experience with Micky and Cedryche from AX Image. The workmanship was generally good, and the final outcome met our expectations. While they are not the cheapest option in the market, the quality of work delivered was solid and professional. There were some hiccups along the way, which is probably quite normal for a renovation of this scale. That said, the planning and execution were well managed, and we were able to move in without any delay to the handover date, which we really appreciated. This gave us confidence that the team knew how to prioritise and manage issues when they arose. One area that could be improved is communication and coordination with third-party vendors, as clearer updates would have helped at certain stages. Overall, the team was responsive and willing to address concerns, and we are satisfied with the end result. I would recommend them to homeowners who value good workmanship and reliable project delivery.

We were so lucky to get a recommendation from my brother to engage with Micky at AX Interior Design. From day one, she stood out as truly patient and caring as she took the time to understand how we live and what we needed, never rushing us through decisions. Micky takes real pride in her work. She delivered exactly what she promised and completed everything on time, which we’ve learned is rare in this industry. Throughout the project, she was responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in making our space work for us.
